Therese Colapietro, SNJM

Sister Annamarie Therese Colapietro, SNJM, the new Congregational President, is responsible for the Civil and Canonical affairs of the community.

Before being appointed as Canonical Trustee for the Sisters of the Holy Family in Fremont, California, she ministered as a hospice chaplain for nineteen years. She had previously served on the leadership team of the California Province of her congregation, the Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary, and held the position of provincial treasurer for fifteen years. Earlier in her religious life, she ministered in Arequipa, Peru. She also served as novitiate director and taught on the junior high and high school levels. She is very grateful for the privilege of serving as Canonical Trustee for this community for which she has deep admiration and appreciation. They will walk together into the future on this adventure, the next step on their journey, a new chapter in their story.
